NOTICE INVITING SHORT TENDER

Sealed tender on plain paper affixing non-refundableCourt fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and paise twenty five) only with sealed samples are invited from the intending Suppliers, Manufacturers or their Authorized Agents, Dealers & Distributors for supply of Utensil Items etc. for Assam Home Guards Organization during the financial year, 2020-21.

The intending tenderer may collect full NIST in details from the office of the Director General of Civil Defence and Commandant General of Home Guards, Assam, Beltola,Guwahati-28 on any working day during office hours on payment of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees five hundred) only in shape of Demand Draft payable in favour of the Director General of Civil Defence and Commandant General of Home Guards, Assam, Beltola, Guwahati-28 on or before 19-10-2020.The last date of submission of tender is upto 12:30 hrs on 21st Oct'2020.
