NOTICE INVITING RE-TENDER

Sealed Tenders in the prescribed schedule of tender affixing non-refundable Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight and Paise Twenty Five) only, are invited from experienced and registered Contractors for the work (Details are available in the Office Notice Board). Name of Work: Protection, Preservation and Development of Archaeological Sites and Monuments of Assam for the year 2020-21 under SOPD-G.

Name of Site: Bauli Maidam Archaeological Site, Mout Gaon, Nazira, Sivasagar District.

Approximate Value: Group - 'A' = Rs.32,47,453/-, Group - 'B' =Rs. 14,18,547/-

Earnest Money :@ Rs. 2% of the total value of works.

Cost of Tender Forms : Rs.100/- (Rupees Hundred) only for each group of work.

Time of Completion : Group - 'A' : 75 days, Group- 'B' : 60 days.

Date of issue of Tender paper : 30/09/2020.

Last date of Receiving Tender paper : 07/10/2020 till 2.00 P.M.

Date of opening of Tender : 07/10/2020 at 3.00 P.M.
