Directorate of Archaeology, Guwahati invite tender for providing man-power under professional and special services under SOPD

SHORT NOTICE INVITING E-TENDER

The Director, Directorate of Archaeology, Assam, Ambari, Guwahati -1 on behalf of the Governor of Assam invites tender in two bid system (financial & technical) from approved and eligible Govt. registeres Agencies/ Organizations for providing Man-power under Professional and Special Services under SOPD for 36 months. Details of the bid may be seen at e-procurement portal https://assamtenders.gov.in and also in the office of the undersigned during office hours.

TERMS AND CONDITION

The Quotationer will have to submit the following documents duly attested by the Gazetted officer along with the Quotation paper.

1. All EMD and Tender Processing Fees should be paid through on-line mode only.
2. The PAN Registration.
3. G.S.T. Registration with return certificate upto March, 2020.
4. E.P.F. Registration and a valid Labour License.
5. ESI Registration
6. The Caste Certificate from the competent authority in case of SC/ ST/ OBC candidate
7. Minimum 1 Crore Bank Solvency Certificate.
8. Registration Certification
9. The Quotation should be completed in all respect.
10. The Earnest Money will be 50% of the total amount of the Earnest Money in case of SC/ST/OBC/UGE/UDE.
11. Experience in such type of work is preferable.
