NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tenders affixing Court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and twenty five) are hereby invited from GST Registered and authorised Dealers/Distributers/Suppliers of 1) Muffle furnace 2) Autoclave with Accessories 3) Water bath 4) Fume Hume chamber 5) Digital Balance (HD) 6) High End Forensic Workstation 7) Centrifuge 8) Stereo-Zoom Binocular Microscope 9) Impedance Analyser (LCM) 10) Software for detail Forensic Examination of Mobile Phone 11) Mini submarine Electrophoresis and its Accessories 12) Data Extraction System (DVR) 13) Automatic Distillation Unit 14) Complete Voice Identification and Authentication Software-Integrated System with other Peripherals 15) Water Purification System 16) Gas Chromatography System for the Directorate of Forensic Science, Assam, Kahilipara Guwahati-781019 as per enclosed specification. The details of the tender specifications and necessary tender documents may be down loaded from the Website https://forensic.assam.gov.in. The tender sent by post should be properly sealed and addressed to the undersigned and should be sent through registered post/speed post/ courier service. The last date for receiving tender is 22nd September. 2020 up to 2-00 P. M. The tenders must accompany up date Tax Clearance Certificate, without which the tender(s) will be summarily rejected. Intending tenders or their authorised representatives may be present during the opening of the tenders. The tender is to be submitted "single stage-3 envelopes system" i.e. the first sealed envelope will contain the required specifications of the Equipments offered including catalogues. The second envelope will contain only price quoted by the bidders and third sealed envelope contain the required EMD. All the above envelopes must be separately sealed and bearing the address of the Director, Directorate of Forensic Science, Assam and the senders address should be mentioned in all envelopes.

The undersigned reserves the right or rejecting any tender without assigning any reason thereof.
