District e-governance society, Amingaon, Kamrup Invites Tender for Conducting Audit

NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

The District e-governance society of Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup, Amingaon invites sealed quotations from reputed Chartered Accountants firms for the purpose of conduct of audit of the District e-governance society account for the Financial Year 2019-2020.

Terms and conditions:

1. The quoted fee shall be inclusive of all charges however GST shall be payable extra as applicable.
2. PAN of the firm should be submitted.
3. ITR acknowledgement of FY 2019-2020 should be submitted.
4. GST registration certificate should be submitted.
5. Quotations received after 3 PM of 3rd August, 2020 will not be considered.
6. Quotations received through FAX will also not be considered.
7. Quotation addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup shall be dropped in the quotation box kept in the PFC of DC Office, Kamrup.
8. Quotation not received as per above conditions is liable for disqualification.
