SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed Tender in single Bid system affixing a non-refundable counter fee stamp of Rs 8.25 (Eight Rupees and Twenty five paise) only are hereby invited from registered Govt. suppliers/Dealers/Distributions/Firms for supply of Desktop PC (including UPS) Printer, Scanner etc. for the office of the District Employment Exchange, Mangaldai as per the Technical Specifications/ltem Description Mentioned below . The bids will be received in the office of District Employment Exchange, Mangaldai up to 1 PM (IST) on 09-11-2020 and the same will be opened on the same day at 2 PM (IST) at office of the Deputy Commissioner, Darrang, Mangaldai. Payment will be made subject to Govt. sanction availability of fund and will be subject to fulfillment of terms and conditions of the tender document.

(B) Office Refurbishing Component etc. for District employment Exchange, Mangaldai under National Career Service Project (Mission Mode Project for interlinking of Employment Exchanges) for the financial year 2020-21.

The details of specifications of items to be procured and term and condition etc. can be collected from the office of the District Employment Exchange, Mangaldai with effect from 27-10-2020 to 07-11-2020 during the working hours.
