Employment Exchange, Udalguri invite tender for supply of desktop pc, printer, scanner etc

Sealed tenders in single bid system affixing a non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Eight rupees & twenty five) only are hereby invited from registered Govt. Suppliers/ Dealers/Distributors/Firms for (A) supply of Desktop PC (including UPS), Printer, Scanner etc. (B) Furniture in the prescribed format for the Employment Exchange Udalguri.

The Bid will be received in the office of the undersigned with effect from 30-10-2020 to 10-11-2020 up to 3 P.M in working office hours and the same will be opened on 11.11.2020 at 12 Noon in presence of the intending Tenders/Quotationers or their authorized Representatives in the office of the undersigned.

Payment will be made subject to Govt. sanction, availability of fund and will be subject to fulfilment of items and conditions of the tender documents.

Work Name: Supply of Desktop PC (including UPS) A3 Printer, Scanner etc. for Employment Exchange, Udalguri under National Career Service Project (Mission Mode Project for interlinking of Employment Exchange) for the financial year, 2020-2021. The detailed tender papers including the technical / item specifications, participation criteria and other Terms & Conditions may be obtained from the office of the undersigned.
