TENDER NOTICE (e-Tender)

e-Tenders are invited online through e-procurement system i.e. through the website www.assamtenders.gov.in for procurement of Laboratory Reagents/Chemicals and Consumables for BIOCHEMISTRY DEPARTMENT of Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Medical College & Hospital, Barpeta, Assam from the reputed Companies/Principals/Manufactures/Authorized Dealers, dealing with the same on annual rate contract basis for a period of 24 (twenty four) months.

We accept a good amount of discount on your products as our Institute is an Educational and Public Service Institute.

The e-Tender is Two-Bid System, to be submitted with affixed Court Fee Stamp Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight point two five paisa) only in favour of Superintendent, Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Medical College & Hospital, Barpeta, Assam. The Tender Fee and EMD Pay through online in the portal i.e. assamtenders.gov.in.

a) Bidding documents are available through online and bids are to be submitted online through eprocurement system i.e. through website www.asssamtenders.gov.in only on or before 24/09/2020 upto 4:30 pm. The bidders would be required to register in the website for submission of the bids. The bidders are required to have Digital Signature (DSC) from any of the Certifying Authorities. Aspiring bidders who have not obtained the user Id and password for participating in e-procurement may obtain the same by registering in the www.assamtenders.gov.in. The requirements to register with the e-procurement portal are available on the website indicated above.

b) A hard copy of Technical Bid to be submitted/dropped in the Tender Box in this Office i.e. Office of the Superintendent, F.A.A. Medical College Hospital, Barpeta, Assam during the office hours on or before the last date of submission of the e-tender.

c) The e-Tender is valid for 24 (twenty four) months only.

d) All other relevant information and the detailed Bid Document are available on the website www.assamtenders.gov.in and can be viewed from 03/09/2020. The undersigned shall not be held liable for any delays for submission of the Tender to the website due to e-procurement system failure beyond the control. Even though the e-procurement system will attempt to notify the bidders of any bid updates, the undersigned shall not be liable for any information not received by the bidder. It is the bidder's responsibility to verify the website for the latest information related to the bid.

I. The Bid Documents are transferable.
II. The EMD validity must be for one year.
Ill. Softcopies (Compact Disk) of the Technical & Price Bid is not required along with the hard copy of the Technical Bid.
