CORRIGENDUM CUM ADDENDUM

As per decision of the Pre-Bid meeting held on 08/10/2020 the following changes are made on the "Item Description as well as Technical Specification" in the E-tender Vide No. MCH/HMS/Store/2020/228/Pt.-I/50, dtd. 24/09/2020 for supply of Non Scheduled Forms & Non Woven Bags under Annual Rate Contract Basis, HMS, GMCH, Guwahati-32.

Corrected BoQ mentioning details of the Items Description as well as Technical specification is uploaded. All the Bidders are requested to upload their Price Bid in the New BoQ.
