GMC, Guwahati invites tender for lease settlement of the Goat Market

Sealed tenders are invited from intending individuals, co-operative societies, companies, Firms etc. for lease settlement of the Goat Market (ALPCO) under Guwahati Municipal Corporation for the year 2020-21 (for 8 months w.e.f. 01-08-2020 to 31-03-2021). The details are as follows:

Tender forms along with copy of terms and conditions may be obtained from the Office of Guwahati Municipal Corporation at Lakhtokia, Veterinary Branch on payment of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand) only as non-refundable tender form fee from 04.08.2020 till 12.08.2020 in between 10 AM to 2 P.M.

Willing bidder may submit their tenders in the Tender Box between 10.00 AM and up to 2 pm on 13.08.2020 at GMC, Commissioner Office at Panbazar. No tender will be received after 2 P.M. on that day under any circumstances. Tenders will be opened at 3 PM on the same day in presence of the tenderers or their representatives/authorized agents.

The detailed information in this regard may be collected from Veterinary Branch of GMC Office at Lakhtokia during office hours on all working days. The respective estimated value of each market can also be downloaded from GMC website i.e. www.gmcportal.in or online www.gmc.assam.gov.in.

Those who have submitted bid earlier need not submit the same again. However, if they desired they can submit modified bid by clearly stating 'Modified bid" on the body of the sealed envelop.
