GMDA NOTICE INVITING TENDER (E-Tender)

TENDER NOTICE FOR LEASING OF THIRD & FIFTH FLOOR SPACE at ROPEWAY TERMINAL BUILDING at PANBAZAR, GUWAHATI

Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) invites online tender under two bid system (Technical Bid and Financial Bid) from interested bidders for leasing of third & fifth floor space at Ropeway terminal building at Panbazar, Guwahati.

The detailed tender documents can be downloaded from the e-procurement portal https:/assamtenders.gov.in. Interested bidders are required to create their own user ID & password in the e-tendering portal.

Tender Bid Start Date : 26/11/2020

Last Date of Submission of Bid: 15/12/2020 upto 2:00 PM

Authority reserves the right to make the changes to the terms of RFP documents and reject any or all offers without assigning any reason thereof. Any revisions, clarifications, corrigenda, addenda, time extensions etc. to this tender will be posted on the e-tender website only.
