Goalpara Municipal Board, Goalpara Invites Tender for Supply of Items

SHORT NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

Sealed quotation affixing non refundable court fee stamp Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight and Twenty Five Paise) only for supply of the below mentioned items are invited from the intending registered suppliers/ firms/manufactures /authorized dealer and will be received up to 2 P.M on 16/07/2020 and will be opened on the same date at 3 P.M in presence of the parties or their authorized representatives. The rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes and cost of delivery in the Goalpara Municipal Board, Goalpara.

Terms and Condition:

1. The Quotationer must be govt. registered suppliers/firms/manufactures/authorized dealer.
2. The Quotationer must submit GST registration/PAN/ITR/Up to date Bank account with address, Photo copies of all documents should be furnished.
3. The rate should be quoted in figure and words including all taxes.
4. The Warranty period of items should be minimum one year.
5. Items should be supplied in good condition.
6. Delivery of items to be made as per agreement.
7. Selected bidder must be provided said brand only. No other brand will be accepted.
8. Selected bidder shall quote "Swachh Bharat Mission" Logo and the name of Goalpara Municipal Board with permanent colour on each and every item while delivering.
9. The items must be delivered within 1(One) week after work order received by the supplier.
