Guwahati Electrical Division, Guwahati invite tender for installation of high mast security lighting

SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed Tenders in prescribed form affixing non-refundable court fee stumps of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and paise twenty five) only subsequently to be drawn up in printed F-2 form with validity period of 180 (one hundred & eighty) days from the date of receipt of Tenders are hereby invited from the A.P.W.D. Electrical Contractors [Class-I (A. B, C), Class II & Class-III] having valid registration under APWD (Building), Assam for the year 2020-2021 and having valid supervisor license from the Secretary Licensing Board, Assam, for the following Electrification work.

1) Application along with all support Documents for issuing of Detail Tender papers will be received in the office of the undersigned on 29.09.2020 during office Hours. The cost of tender Paper should pay in the form of current IPO duly pledged in favour of the Executive Engineer, P.W.D. Guwahati Electrical Division, Chandmari, Guwahati-3.

2) Detail Tender documents will be issued to the eligible contractors on 01.10.2020 during office hours. Filled-in Tender documents will be received on 03.10.2020 up to 14.00 Hours and will be opened at 14-30 Hours.

3) If the last date of Issuing/ Opening of Tender is declared as State Holiday for any reason, Tender will be issued on the next working day and will be received up to 14.00 Hours and will be opened at 14-30 Hours of subsequent working day in presence of the Tenderer /Representative of the Tenderer.

4) Other documents may be seen at the office of the undersigned upto 29.09.2020 during working hours.
