Guwahati Mechanical Division, W.R. Deptt., Guwahati invites tender for "Cleaning of Bondajan outlet Channel to Brahmaputra

Sealed quotation of Rates affixing non refundable Court Fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight & Paise twenty five) only are invited from the eligible Govt. registered Contractors/ Firms having similar experiences for implementation of the urban flood mitigation scheme "Cleaning of Bondajan outlet Channel to Brahmaputra (upstream & downstream of Bondajan sluice gate) for free flow of storm water of Guwahati City" to be executed by Guwahati Mechanical Water Resources Division.

An EMD of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) only in the form of bank demand draft/ term deposit pledged in favour of the undersigned must accompany the quotation.

The quotation will be received in the office of the undersigned up to 13- 00 hrs on 18-08- 2020 or the next working day if the day as mentioned to be a holiday/half holiday. The quotation will be opened on the same date and place at 14-30 hrs in presence of the quotationer or their authorized representative, if any.

The detail particulars of work with terms and conditions may be collected from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours up to 12-00 hrs on 17-08- 2020 for payment of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten) only in the form of crossed I.P.O pledged in favour of the undersigned.
