Guwahati (PHE) invites tender for Construction of RCC Ring well

NIT NO- 1 of 2020-21

Sealed tender affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight and paisa twenty five) only, subsequently to be drawn in the APWD F-2 form, are invited by the undersigned from Class-Ill & Class-Il registered contractors under Guwahati Division No-I and Guwahati (PHE) Circle having up to date renewal of registration for Construction of RCC Ring well, Installation of Direct Action Tara Hand Pump (THP) and Installation of M III Rig Boring, Construction of R.C.C. Ring Well fitted with Singur Hand Pump at different location under Guwahati (PHE) Division No-I, up to 2.00 P.M of 18/06/2020. The tenders received will be opened on the same date at 3 pm in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives, who desires to be present at the time of opening the tender.

If tenders cannot be received & opened in the date & hour as mentioned above due to unavoidable circumstances the same will be received and opened on the next working day at the same hour and venue for which no separate communication shall be made.

Detailed terms and conditions of the tender notice can be collected from the office of the undersigned up to 15/06/2020 during office hours on written request to the undersigned along with copy of valid registration certificate and payment of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two hundred only) in cash or in the form of Demand Draft payable to the Executive Engineer (PHE), Guwahati Division No-I, Guwahati-21.

The undersigned reserves the right to extend/cancel the date of tender and accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
