Hojai Forest Officer, Nagaon Invites Tender for Chain-linked Fencing

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders in prescribed form affixing court fee stump of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight & paisa twenty five) only are hereby invited from the Govt. Registered Contractor/ Firms/Suppliers according to their limit of eligibility for execution of the following works of Bio diversity Park (Sahitya Manishi Upabon) at Borlangfar of Lumding R.F. under State CAMPA Scheme 2020-2021. The tender will be received in the office of the undersigned with effect from 14-07-2020 upto 3:00 PM (1ST) of 23-07-2020 and will be opened on 23-07-2020 at 3:30 PM by the tender evaluation committee. Bid must be accompanied by the earnest money of 2% (two percent) for General & 1% (one percent) in case of SC/ST/OBC in the form of NSC/K. VP/Demand Draft/Banker Cheque. Bid without earnest money will be rejected. The bid in the form of NSC/KVP/Demand Draft/Banker Cheque only will be adjusted as security deposit of the tender value of the work to be deposited by the successful tenderer on signing the Formal tender.

The interested tenderers may collect the tender paper on payment of Rs.105/- and can see the details estimate of works in the office of the undersigned in any Office working day from 14-07-2020 to 22-07-2020. If the date of opening the tender falls under any Govt, holiday/any eventuality which prevents to receive the tender paper, then the next working day shall be considered for receiving and opening of tender paper. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are requested to be remained present at the time of opening the tenders.
