Inland Water Transport Division, Dibrugarh invites tender to lease out the following ferry services

Sealed tender affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight & twenty live paise) only is invited to lease out the following ferry services under I.W.T. Division, Dibrugarh for the financial year 2020-2022.

Tender form and details terms & condition of the NIT and other relevant documents may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees Five hundred) only (Non-Refundable) through Bank draft in favour of the Executive Engineer, I.W.T. Division, Dibrugarh for each set of NIT during the office hours on all working days.

Tender will be received up to 2.00P.M. on the date of mentioned below against respective ferry services and will be opened on the same day at 3.00PM. in presence of intending tenderer or their authorised representatives in the office of the Executive Engineer, I.W.T. Division, Dibrugarh.

If the tender opening day falls on a Government holidays, then the tender will be received and opened in the next working day at the same time and same place. The tenderer should superscribe the name of the ferry service, for which he has submitted the tender on envelop of the tender documents.

If the tender opening date of any ferry service or all ferry services falls within any lock-down due to Covid-19 situation declared by the Government this notice may be cancelled and fresh notice will be issued in this respect. Only one person or his representative will be allowed against each tender in the office premises considering the prevailing Covid-19 restrictions.

N.B : Earnest money amounting to 5% (five percent) on the quoted amount to be deposited in the Form of Bank draft/ Call deposit of any National bank duty in favour of the Executive Engineer. IWT. Division, Dibrugarh alongwith the tender.
