Jorhat PHE Circle, Jorhat Invites Tender for the Work Under Jorhat (PHE) Division (As per Annexure —I)

SHORT TENDER NOTICE NO. 01/2020-21

In pursuance to the order of the Hon'ble Gauhati High Court dtd 05-06-2020, sealed tender affixing Non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight & paisa twenty five) only eventually to be drawn up in P.W.D. F-2 Form are hereby invited from registered contractors of Class-I(C) of Upper Assam Zone, Nagaon and Class-II category of Jorhat (PHE) Circle, Jorhat and will be received by the undersigned up to 2.00 PM on 30-07- 2020 for the work under Jorhat (PHE) Division (As per Annexure —I) under Jorhat Circle, Jorhat. Tenders received will be opened on the same date and hours in presence of the intending tenderers or their authorized agents who like to be present. If the receiving and opening date falls on any holiday, tenders will be received and opened on the next working day at the same hours.

The detail particulars may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours on all working days up to 29-07-2020 on payment of Rs. 100.00 (Rupees one hundred) only in the form of IPO duly pledged in favour of SE (PHE) Jorhat Circle, Jorhat.Tender papers will be issued to those contractors who can prove by documents that he/she/they are financially sound and have executed similar types of work in past to entire satisfaction of the Department. The contractors participating in the tender should also provide the self-certified list of equipment possessed by him/her/ them necessary for the work. However the undersigned reserves the right for issue /cancelling the detailed tender paper without assigning any reason there off.
