Kamrup Metropolitan Election District, Guwahati invite tender for editing & printing of photo electoral rolls

SHORT NOTICE TENDER

Sealed short Tenders affixing non refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight & paise twenty five) only quoting rates for editing & printing of Photo Electoral Rolls for the 6 (six) constituencies of Tiwa Autonomous Council falling under Kamrup Metropolitan District, Guwahati are invited from in-tending Firms/Printing Presses under the following terms and conditions.

The Tender will be received by the Election Officer, Kamrup Metropolitan Election District, Guwahati on behalf of the undersigned till 4.00 PM of 21/09/2020 and shall be opened on the same day at 4.30 PM in presence of the Tenderers or their authorized representatives.

Terms and conditions:

1. The Tenders are invited to determine a competitive and reasonable rate for editing & printing of Photo Electoral Roll for Tiwa Autonomous Council Election, 2020.

2. The Printing Presses should produce Registration records with Printing & Stationery, Govt. of Assam along with the tender.

3. The Printing Presses should furnish attested copies of PAN Card, Up- to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Trade Licence, GST Registration Certificate, previous work experience certificate etc. along with the tender and drop the Tender in the drop box kept in front of Election Office, Karnrup Metropolitan Election District, Guwahati.

4. The rate should be quoted for printing of Photo Electoral Rolls for single side and both side separately.

5. The soft copy of the Electoral Roll shall be provided in CD/ DVD by the Election Branch, DC's Office, Kamrup Metro for editing & printing of Photo Electoral Roll.

6. The rate should be quoted inclusive of all taxes (including GST).

7. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without showing any reason thereof..
