Kokrajhar Soil Conservation Division, Kokrajhar invites tender for implementing scheme

TENDER NOTICE

In pursuance of the Assam State Election Commissioner's letter No. SEC/33/2020/Pt.-1/96, dated 13-08-2020 and DSC's letter No. SCH-110/2020-21/1357. dated 14-08-2020. Sealed tenders for technical and financial bids, in prescribed format affixing non- refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 10.00 (Rupees Ten) only from the intending Govt. Registered Contractors Firms etc. for implementation of the following schemes which will be received upto 15'h September/2020 and opened on the same date at 2.30 PM in presence of the tenderers or their authorized agents. Separate sealed and super scribed envelopes are to be used for both technical and financial bids and put them together in a single envelope. If due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the tenders cannot be opened on the aforesaid date, the same will be opened on the next working day. The qualified parties, only in respect of the technical bids, will be eligible for competing in the financial bids Tender paper can be obtained from the office of the undersigned from 3T' August 42020 Up to 15th September/2020 during office hour by depositing non refundable Rs. 200.00 only for each group in the form of IPO cash.
