Lakhimpur Mechanical Division W.R. Deptt, North Lakhimpur invites tender for supply of materials for sluice gate

SHORT NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

Sealed quotation of rates affixing non refundable Court Fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight & Paise twenty five) only are invited from the reputed Govt. registered Contractors/suppliers working under Water Resources Deptt. for supply of brand new items as per list 'Materials of Sluice gates" under Lakhimpur Mechanical W.R. Division.

An EMD of Rs 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) only in the form of demand draft must accompany the quotation. The quotation will be received in the office of the undersigned up to 14-00 hours on 17- 09 -2020 or the next working day if the day as mentioned happens to be a holiday /half holiday. The quotation will be opened on same date and place at 14-30 hours in presence of the quotationers or their authorized representative, if any.

The detailed particulars with terms and conditions may be collected from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours upto 16- 09 -2020 on payment of Rs 20/- (Rupees twenty) only in the form of crossed I.P.O pledged in favour of the undersigned.
