Lakhimpur Social Forestry Division, Lakhimpur invites tender for maintenance of CAMPA Nursery

SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Separate sealed tender in two different sealed enveloped one for technical bid and another for financial bid affixing non- refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight & paisa twenty five) only are hereby invited from the Govt. Contractor and firm having not less than 7 years experience's in plantation & nursery works for caring out flowing items of works under Lakhimpur Social Forestry Division, Lakhimpur as detailed given below.

The tender will be received upto 3.00 P.M.(IST) on 14/09/2020 in the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Lakhimpur Social Forestry Division, Lakhimpur and will be opened on the same day at 3.30 P.M. (IST) in presence of the interested tenderer or their authorize representative. In case of non compliance of technical criteria financial bid could not be opened. In the event of any unusual occurrence due to strike, bandh, holiday etc. the same will be received on the next office working day and will be opened time same at 3.30 P.M. (IST) on the day.

Detailed particulars of the work may be seen/procured from the office of the undersigned during Office hours and tender paper may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs. 500/- (five hundred) only, in shape of bank draft/banker cheque payable to the in favour of the Divisional Forest Office, Lakhimpur Social Forestry Division, Lakhimpur in any office working day up to 14/09/2020.

The works are to be completed within the scheduled date & time from the date of issue of the final work order. The acceptance of the tender and issue of work order will be provided subject to release of fund by the Govt. of Assam/Competent authority.

N.B: 10% Contractors benefit, 12% GST and 1% labour cess are included with the original value as per norms.

Major Terms of References:

1. The work order will be served as per the decision of the Divisional Level Tender assessment Committee.
2. The bidder should have successfully completed plantation/nursery and maintenance works in last 7 (seven) years. The bidders should mention the year/scheme/Department/Area/ Amount of the plantation/nursery works carried out by the bidders in document signed by the departmental Head.
