Mangaldai Irrigation Department invites tender for Protection Work at Duni FIS under AIBP.

Sealed tender affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight & paise twenty five) only eventually: to be drawn In PWD. F-2 Form are invited from the Register Contractor/Firm under Irrigation Department which will be received in the Office of the undersigned upto 2.00 P.M of 29- 07-2020 and will be opened on the same day at 3.00 PM in presence of the tenderer or their authorized agent if any. Tender paper will be issued from 22-07-2020 to 29-07-2020. If the day of receiving tender, the Office happens to be a holiday or non-working day for any unforeseen reason, the next working day will be considered as last date of receiving tender.

Detailed particulars of the work may be seen in the Technical branch on normal working hours and the tender paper may be obtained from the Office of the undersigned on payment of Rs. 100.00 (Rupees One hundred) only for each group by non refundable IPO for each group duly pledged to the Executive Engineer, Mangaldai Division (Irrigation), Mangaldai up to 12:00 A.M of 29-07-2020. The Executive Engineer shall have the right of rejecting all or any part of the tender without assigning any reason and is not bound to accept the lowest quoted rate. The tenderer may quote the rate as percentage basis i.e...% above estimate .... % below estimate /as per estimate rate. Payment is subject to the availability of fund and no claim for interest etc. will be entertained in future thereof. In no case, price escalation will be considered. No tender will be accepted offering more than 10% below rate of the SR rate.

   Approx Value :- Rs. 4,06,500.00 (Rupees Four Lakh Six thousand five hundred) only.

4. Time of Completion : - 21 (Twenty One) days from the date of issue of the order.
