Mangaldai Irrigation Division, Mangaidai invite tender for survey for remodelling of Huduma FIS under SOPD

SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tender affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight & paise twenty five) only eventually to be drawn in PWD, F-2 form are invited from the Register Contractor/Firm under Irrigation Department which will be received in the Office of the undersigned upto 2.00 P.M of 20-10-2020 and will be opened on the same day at 3.00 PM in presence of the tenderer or their authorized agent if any. Tender paper will be issued from 12-10-2020 to 20-10-2020. If the day of receiving tender, the Office happens to be a holiday or nonworking day for any unforeseen reason, the next working day will be considered as last date of receiving tender.

Detailed particulars of the work may be seen in the Technical branch on normal working hours and the tender paper may be obtained from the Office of the undersigned on payment of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees Five hundred) only for by non refundable Demand Draft from any Nationalised Bank pledged to the Executive Engineer, Mangaldai Division (Irrigation), Mangaldai and received upto 12:00 A M. of 20-10-2020. The Executive Engineer shall have the right of rejecting all or any part of the tender without assigning any reason and is not bound to accept the lowest quoted rate.

The tenderer may quote the rate as percentage basis i.e.%above estimate/% below estimate /as per estimate rate.

Payment is subject to the availability of fund and no claim for interest etc. will be entertained in future thereof. In no case, price escalation will be considered.

1. Name of work :- Survey for Remodelling of Huduma FIS under SOPD, 2019-20.

Approx Value : - Rs.12,56,458.00 (Rupees Twelve Lakh Fifty Six thousand Four hundred Fifty Eight) only.

2. Earnest Money : - 2% for General & 1% for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC.

3. Head of Accounts :- 4702-00-101-0160-550-13-01 -SOPDG-V-GA.

4. Time of Completion : - 30 (Thirty) days from the date of issue of the order.
