Mangaldai Irrigation Division Tender Inviting Notice

Sealed tender affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight & paise twenty five) only eventually to be drawn in PWD, F-2 form are invited from the Register Contractor/Firm under Irrigation Department which will be received in the Office of the undersigned up to 2.00 P.M of 14-12-2020 and will be opened on the same day at 3.00 PM in presence of the tenderer or their authorized agent if any. Tender paper will be issued from 04-12-2020 to 14-12-2020. If the day of receiving tender, the Office happens to be a holiday or non-working day for any unforeseen reason, the next working day will be considered as last date of receiving tender.

Detailed particulars of the work may be seen in the Technical branch on normal working hours and the tender paper may be obtained from the Office of the undersigned on payment of Rs.500.00 (Rupees Five hundred) only for by non refundable Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank pledged to the Executive Engineer, Mangaldai Division (lrigation), Mangaldai and received up to 12:00 A M. of 14-10-2020. The Executive Engineer shall have the right of rejecting all or any part of the tender without assigning any reason and is not bound to accept the lowest quoted rate.

The tenderer may quote the rate as percentage basis i.e.% above estimate 1% below estimate /as per estimate rate.

Payment is subject to the availability of fund and no claim for interest etc. will be entertained in future thereof. In no case, price escalation will be considered.

1. Name of work :- Improvement of Approach Road from Ch.0.00 m to Ch.65.00 M of Headworks of Amrakona FIS under AIBP, 2013-14.(Group-1)
   Approx Value : - Rs. 8,70,900.00 (Rupees Eight Lakh Seventy thousand Nine hundred).
2. Name of work :- Improvement of Approach Road from Ch.65.00 m to Ch.135.00 M of Headworks of Amrakona FIS under AIBP, 201 3-14. (Group-2)
   Approx Value : - Rs.7,48,500.00 (Rupees Seven Lakh Forty Eight thousand five hundred) only.
3. Earnest Money - 2% for General & 1% for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC.
4. Head of Accounts :- 4702-00-102-1523-334-13-99-CSS-V-GAC Capital outlay on Minor Irrigation —NULL-Ground Water-Tube Well—CLA (AIBP) Minor Irrigation-Major Works-Others. And 4702-00-102-1523-928-13-99- SOPD-SS-V-GA-S Capital outlay on Minor Irrigation —NULL-Ground Water-Tube Well-Projected State Share pf CSS(AIBP) Major Works- Others.
5. Time of Completion : - 30 (Thirty) days from the date of issue of the order.
