Mangaldai Wildlife Division, invites tender for Project Management consultant (PMC), detail engineering drawing and construction

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed Tenders in prescribed form affixing non-refundable court fee stamp worth Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight & paisa twenty five) only, duly signed by the tenderer (s) are, hereby, invited from intending bidders, having experience in executing similar works, for the following work, which will be received by the Divisional Forest Officer, Mangaldai Wildlife Division, Mangaldai, in his office upto 2:00 pm (IST) on 17th August 2020 and will be opened on the same day at 4:30 pm (IST). The intending contractors or their authorized agents may be present at the time of opening of the tenders. In the event of closure of office due to any unavoidable circumstances or declared Govt. holiday, the tenders will be received and opened at the same time and venue on the next working day.

Intending tenderers may collect the tender paper documents on payment of Rs. 100.00 (Rupees One hundred) only in cash or in the shape of Banker Cheque/Demand Draft, payable in favour of the Divisional Forest Officer, Mangaldai Wildlife Division, Mangaldai, on any working day, during the office hours, till 3:00 pm (IST) of 14th August 2020.
