Mangaldai W.R. Division, Mangaldai invite tender for the flood drill works (Ph II)

NOTlCE INVITING SITE QUOTATION

Sealed quotations affixing Court Fee stamp (Non Refundable) worth Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and paise twenty five) only are hereby invited from the intending registered contractor/Firm etc. under Water Resources Department for the flood drill works (Ph II) under Mangaldai WR Division for the year 2020-21. Item of work may be seen and also collect the same in the office of the undersigned during office hours on dated 21st Octobar up to 1.00 PM.

Last date of submission: 21.10.2020 up to 2 PM

Special terms and conditions:

1) Rate is to be quoted both in word and in figure clearly against each item of work.

2) The rate quoted will be inclusive of all taxes and including delivery of materials at site of work within the jurisdiction of Mangaldai WR Division as mentioned in the schedule of item. The tax will be deducted as per rates in the item of payment of bills as per existing rule in due course.

3) No overwriting/incomplete quotation will be accepted and will be rejected forthwith.

4) Works may be allotted on the basis of approved quoted rate in due time as per requirement of site.
