In line with the Board's Notification No.MeSEB/GAP/184/2008/6 dt 1.12.2008 applications are invited for Registration/Renewal/Up-gradation of Contractors/Suppliers intending to execute Building and Civil works under the office of the Executive Engineer. Roads & Building, Me.P.G.C.L, Umiam in a prescribed Standard Application Form which will be issued by the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred) only by l.P.O. (Non-refundable) pledged in favour of the Chief Accounts Officer, Me.E.C.L. Shillong. The form will be distributed with effect from 10th July, 2020 and the last date for submission of the application form will be on 10th August, 2020.
For new Registration fees in the form of Bank Draft pledged in favour of the Chief Accounts Officer, Me.E.C.L. Shillong should be enclosed along with the application form as shown below:-

In case of indigenous tribal of Meghalaya and Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe and other backward classes of Meghalaya the Registration Fees will be 50% of the amount as shown above.
The Registration is liable to be cancelled and Registration fees will be forfeited in case of unsatisfactory Performance. Incomplete application will not be entertained.
The Registration will be applicable for the year 2020-21 and will valid upto 31st March 2021.
The Registration should be renewed every financial year as long as the Contractors intend to continue to work with the department.
The Registered Contractors who are willing to renew their registration should submit an IPO of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred) only pledged in favour of Chief Accounts Officer. Me.E.C.L., Shillong along with the application form.
