MIDC, Meghalaya Invites Tender for Construction of Banana Processing unit at Bagabatha, North Garo Hills District, Meghalaya

SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tender eventually to be drawn in F-2 Form of Tender agreement duly affixed with a non refundable Court Fee Stamp of ₹ 1,000/- (Rupees one thousand) only, are hereby invited in Single Cover Bid system by the undersigned from the Registered Class I Contractors under the Central/State Government Department, Meghalaya having requisite qualifications & experience for execution of the work mentioned below and the same will be received in the office of the undersigned on the 7th August, 2020 up to 2.00 P.M. The tenders received will be opened on the same date at 2.30 P.M. in presence of the interested tenderers or authorized representatives. However, if such last date is declared as a holiday, then the next working day will be the schedule date for receiving and opening of the tenders.

Rates: Rates should be quoted in flat percentage i.e AT PAR/ABOVE PWD Schedule of Rates (Buildings) Works in Meghalaya for the year 2015*2016.

Contractors are to be registered with Employee Provident Fund Organisation otherwise the tender is liable to be rejected.

Non Tribal Contractors shall have to produce valid Trading License from the concerned Autonomous District Council of the State before purchasing Tender Forms, failing which no tender papers will be issued. This is also applicable to all Firm (s)/Company irrespective of Tribal or Non Tribal Proprietor.

The Meghalaya Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. Shillong reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received without assigning any reason thereof.

Detailed Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Managing Director, MIDC Ltd. "KISMAT" Upland Road, Laitumkhrah, Shillong - 3 from the 29th July, 2020 to 6th August, 2020 on payment of ₹ 2,000/- (Rupees two thousand) only, non-refundable in cash during office hours form 11.00 AM up to 3.00 PM on working days except Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday.
