Minor Irrigation, Guwahati invites tender for construction of solar powered MDTW I/scheme

SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tender affixing non-refundable court tee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight and paisa twenty five) only in prescribed form subsequently to be drawn in A.PW D. F2 form of tender Agreement are hereby invited from the registered Class- I A. B & C contractors of Irrigation Department, Assam for the following work and will be received up to 2.00 PM on 05.09 2020 and will be opened at 3.00 PM in the same place and date by the undersigned or officers authorized to open in presence of the intending tenders or their authorized agent who wish to be present.

In the event of non-functioning of office on the date due to some reason, the next working day of office will be the date of receiving and opening of the Tenders.

Name of Work : 'Const" of Solar Powered MDTW I/scheme in Telahi Pethar area in North west dev. Block in Jorhat district (1Pt)' (Supply & Installation of 8.00 K.W. off Grid Solar Voltaic Power Plant for energizing the 7.5HP submersible pump set and construction of base pillar for solar module mounting structures) under Jorhat Div(I), Jorhat under SOPD-2017.18 (Balance works).

Approx Value : Rs.10,93,000 00(Approx) (Rupees ten La kh ninety three thousand) only.

Earnest Money : 2% for General & 1% for S.T./S.C/O.B.C./ M.O.B.C.

Time of Completion : 3 (Three) months.

Detail particulars may be seen in the office of the Director Design (Minor Irrigation), Irngation. Guwahati- 781003 on all working days Tender papers may be obtained on wntten request from the aforesaid office on payment of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees five hundred ) only in the form of Demand Draft pledged to the Executive Engineer. Jorhat Division (Irrigation), Jorhat up to 2.00 PM on 04.092020.

Tender paper must be filled up addressing to all points/ terms specified with the tender form otherwise tender will be treated as cancelled.

1. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the tender without assigning any reason thereof.
2. The undersigned is not bound to accept the lowest tender rate
3. Earnest Money in the form of Bank Draft/Fixed deposit duly pledged to the Executive Engineer, Jorhat Division (Irrigation), Jorhat to be submitted along with the tender
