NADCP, A.H. & Veterinary Department, Assam Invites Tender For Deep Freeze

NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR "DEEP FREEZE"

Sealed Tender affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25/- on behalf of the Director cum CEO, SIA, NADCP, A.H. & Veterinary Department, Assam, Chenikuthi, Guwahati-781003 Assam are invited in two bid system i.e. Technical bid and Financial bid in electronic tendering system from reputed manufacturer/ stockiest /dealer/ Sub-dealer / Supplier or Distributor for supply of Deep Freeze under National Animal Disease Control Programme (NADCP), a 100% aided Central Sector Scheme of Government of India.

Mode of bid submission:- The bid should be submitted online in Assam Government e-tender portal. The intending Bidders must have the valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for processing this e-Tender through e-procurement document and have to register in the portal https://assamtenders.gov.in by themselves. As per Office Memorandum of Finance Department, Government of Assam vide No. FEB.269/2017/27 dated 21/08/2019 the intending bidders are required to deposit the tender processing fees online in the website https://assamtenders.gov.in to participate in the bidding. The bid security as per clause "6" (Earnest Money Deposit) must be deposited online in the website https://assamtenders.gov.in as per the procedure contained in the additional document (Annexure-J) and non deposit of bid security by the bidder shall be summarily rejected.
