Nagaon Division Forest Officer, Nagaon invite tender under CAMPA Scheme 2020-21

SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tenders in prescribed form affixing court fee stamps worth Rs. 8.25/- (Rupees eight and paisa twenty five) only are hereby invited from the Govt. Registered Contractor/Firms; Suppliers according to their limit of eligibility for executive of the following works of Block Plantation 50 Hect. at Kumoi, Tetelia Baghara RF, Morigaon Range under CAMPA Scheme 2020-21. The tender will be received in the Office of the under-signed w.e.f. 23/09/2020 upto 3.00 PM(IST) of 09/10/2020 and will be opened on 09/10/2020 at 3 30 PM by the tender evaluation committee. The estimated amount is including of all taxes. Bid must be accompanied by the earnest money 2% for general 1% in case of SC/ST/OBC in the form of Demand Draft/ Banker Cheque. Bid without earnest money will be rejected. The bid in the form of Demand draft/ Banker Cheque only will be adjusted as security deposit of the tender value of the work to be deposited by the successful tenderer on signing of formal tender. The intending Bidder/Tenderer must fulfil the stipulated criteria as prescribed by the Deptt. of Environment & Forest, Govt. of Assam time to time to qualify. register and take part as the Bidder/Tenderer in the Bidding/Tender Process.

The interested tenderers may collect the tender paper on payment of Rs. 105/- and can see the details &Ornate of works in the Office of the undersigned in any Office working day. If the date of opening the tender falls under any Govt.Holiday/any eventuality which prevents to receive the tender paper, then the next working day shall be considered for receiving and opening of tender paper. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are requested to be remained present at the time of opening the tenders.
