Nagaon Mechanical Division (Irrigation), Nagaon invite tender for repairing of HP pumpsets, starters, pipes and accessories

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tender affixing non refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight and Paisa Twenty Five) only in prescribed form of tender paper subsequently to be drawn in A.P.W.D. F-2 form of agreement are hereby invited from the reputed Govt. Contractors / Reputed Engineering Firms / Registered contractors with up to date registration under Irrigation Department, Assam having technical expertise for the following work mentioned below. The tenders will be received in the office of tlte undersigned op to 1.30 P.M of 6th October 2020 and will be opened at 2.00 P.M on the same date and place in presence of intending tenderers or their authorized representatives if anyone like to remain present. If, for any reason office remains close on the opening day, the tender will be opened on next working day at the same time and place as mentioned above.

Name of work : Repairing of 20 HP pumpsets, starters, Pipes and Accessories for Temporary Restoration to the damaged of Mechanical parts of Jamunamukh LIS under FDR for the year 2020-21.

Approximate Value : Rs. 1,44,965.00 (Rupees One Lakh Forty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Five) only.

The rates to be quoted in percentage (%) basis, i.e. above, below or equal to the estimated Value

Earnest money : 2% of tIne estimated value (1% in case of SC/ST/OBC contractors) in the form of Fixed Deposit/Call Deposit/D.D. of Nationalized Bank duly pledged to the Executive Engineer, Nagaon Mechanical Division (Irrigation), Nagaon.

Time of completion : As mentioned in the detailed list.

The detailed specification of item of works, terms & conditions etc. may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours by depositing Rs. 100.00 (Rupees Hundred) only in form of I.P.O. duly pledged to the undersigned up to 11 A.M of 6th October 2020. No tender will be accepted if the tender is submitted without prescribed tender format supplied by the Deptt.
