Nagaon Social Forestry Division, Nagaon Invites Tender for Construction of Quarter

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tender affixing non- refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight & paisa twenty five) only, are hereby invited from the Govt. contractor and firm for construction of Forester quarter 1 (One) no. under Nagaon Social Forestry Division, Katimari, Nagaon as detailed given below.

The tender will be received upto 3.00 P.M.(IST) on 27/07/2020 in the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Nagaon Social Forestry Division, Katimari, Nagaon and will be opened on the same day at 3.30 P.M.(IST) in presence of the interested tenderer or their authorized representative. In the event of any unusual occurrence due to strike, bandh, holiday etc. the same will be received on the next office working day and will be opened the same at 3.30 P.M.(IST) on that day.

Detailed particulars of the work may be seen/procured from the office of the undersigned during Office hours and tender paper may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs. 500/- (five hundred) only, in shape of bank draft/banker cheque payable to the in favour of the Divisional Forest Officer, Nagaon Social Forestry Division, Nagaon in any office working day up to 27/07/2020.

The works are to be completed within 60 days from the date of issue of the final work order. The acceptance of the tender and issue of the work order will be provided subject to release of fund by the Govt. of Assam/ Competent authority.
