National AYUSH Mission, Guwahati invites tender for Appointment of CA Firm(s)

Sealed quotations affixing court fee stamps of Rs. 8.25 are invited from Guwahati based reputed C&AG empanelled Chartered Accountants Firms with experience of more than 10 years of auditing of accounts of Govt. PSUs/Societies/Externally aided Projects authorities/ Banks etc. having an average turnover in last 3 years of more than Rs.10.00 lakhs for auditing of accounts of State AYUSH Society, Assam for the year 2019-20 and 2020- 21 as per the criteria given in the Data Sheet. Quotations will be received up to 2.00 PM of 8th September, 2020 at the office of the undersigned and the same will be opened at 2.30 PM on the same day in presence of representatives of the quotationers.

Data Sheet:

1	Scope of assignment	Appointment of CA Firm(s) for – (a) Maintenance of accounts in Tally ERP 9 including handling of Taxation matter like I. Tax, GST etc., Bank reconciliation, Fixed Assets Register and submission of all documents thereof. (b) Internal audit of accounts and submission of Audit Report including Balance Sheet supported with required Schedules. (c) Annual/ Statutory/ audit of accounts and submission of Report including Balance Sheet supported with required Schedules. (d) Certification of Utilization Certificates of Grants in aid utilised under GFR.

3	Sealed RFP document /Quotation must consist of	i. Documents of Detailed RFP duly signed with office seal in each page. ii. Court Fee stamps of Rs. 8.25. iii. Profile of the organisation/company. iv. EMD of Rs. 20000/- to be deposited by Bankers' cheque/DD/FD/BG from Scheduled Banks to be drawn in favour of "State AYUSH Society, Assam". v. Documents of PAN, TAN, GST and C&AG Certificate. vi. Proof of experience for minimum 10 years. vii. Audited statement of Annual turnover as per eligibility criteria. viii.Financial Bid (Form Fin-1) duly filled up. ix. Bid Processing Fee of Rs. 1000/- (Nonrefundable) to be deposited by Bankers' cheque/DD from Scheduled Banks to be drawn in favour of "State AYUSH Society, Assam".

5	Submission deadline	8th Sept/2020

RFP Document may be collected from the office of the undersigned on application with required Bid Processing Fee within the stipulated time. Undersigned reserve the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof.
