Amendment to Bidding Documents

This is to inform to all concerned that considering the lockdown stutus in most of the States / UT's it has come to the notice of the undersigned that the Bidders will not be able to produce or submit the various original documents referred at clauses ITB 12.3 and BDS 12.3 in the Bidding Document. Hence. BDS 12.3 have been amended and be read as follows:

The bidders shall submit the scanned copy of the original documents i.e. (i) original demand drafts towards the cost of bid document, (ii) original bid security in approved form: and (iii) original affidavit regarding correctness of information furnished with bid document.   5. Up-gradation / Improvement of Shillong - Diengpasoh Road (L= 11.769 Km), (Tender ID-2020_MIDFC_373_1)
  6. Up gradation / Improvement of Pasyih-Garampani Road (L=28.00 Km), (Tender ID-2020_MIDFC_376_ 1)
  7. Up-gradation / Improvement of Laitkor-Pomlakrai-Laitlyngkot Road (5th- 16th Km) (L =11.52 Km), (Tender ID-2020_MIDFC_375_1)

Published on 28th February, 2020 at 17.00 hrs has been extended. The Bid submission end date will be 20th July, 2020 at 14.00 hrs and the Bid opening date will be on 20th July, 2020 at 15.30 hrs.
