NHM, Assam Invites Tender for Construction of New R.C.C Hospital Building

INVITATION FOR E-BID (IFEB)

The Office of the Mission Director. National Health Mission.Christian Basti.Guwahati-5 invites bid for the work ON TWO BID SYSTEM on Turn Key Basis under NHM as detailed below.

1. Eligibility Criteria:-

(a)Registered APWD (Bldg) Class-l-(A)/l-(B)/l(C)/CPWD/Reputed Construction Company/Agency regd. under Govt /Public Sector undertaking

(b) Contractor must have satisfactory completed:-

i) Four Similar works each of value not less than 25% of the estimated cost put- on Tender OR
ii) Three similar works, each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put- on tender OR
iii) Two similar works, each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost put- on tender OR
iv) One similar works of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, all amounts rounded off to a convenient full figurem the last 5 years ending on the last day of the month previous to the one in which the tenders are invited.

(c) Contractor must have achieved average Annual Turnover of at least 30% of estimated cost in any TWO YEARS durmg last 5 years ending 31 "March of the previous Financial Year

(d) The Contractor having PAN Card/GST Registration; Labour License/registration under EPF & MP Act. 1952 etc are eUjible to Participate in the bid process.

(e) The intended bidders are asked to verify the site for the work prior to quoting their rates.

2. Cost of tender document should be drawn in favour of State Health Society, Assam, payable at Guwahati in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft

3. Bid security with a validity of 225(i.e. 180+45) days should be in the form of FDR/CDR/TDR and drawn in favour of the State Health Society, Assam, payable at Guwahati.

4. The Contractor/bidder must be registered with the Electronic Tendering System (ETS) of the Govt, of Assam (website http://assamtenders.gov.in) Contractors/Bidders can download documents free of cost Contractors/Bidders have to necessarily down load the bidding document from the ETS using their own ID (Digital Signature Certificate) Bid documents not procured (downloaded) through the ETS/not using the contractor's own user ID will be considered invalid and summarily rejected. Contractors submitting bids online have to submit copy of the documents of technical bid manually along with cost of tender document before the expiry of the sequence 'Online Bid Submission' date and time as mentioned in the tender schedule Bid will be rejected/ canceled if financial Bid submitted off-line/bard copy

6. Tender Schedule:

Technical bid submitted along with Cost of Tender and Bid Security manually will be accepted till 27/07/2020 up to 14.00Hrs.
