Office of the Joint Director, Guwahati Invites Tender for Providing One Four Wheeler of Innova

Tender Notice

Sealed Tender/Quotations are invited from willing Govt. registered travelling agencies/services for providing one four wheeler of lnnova Make: Model/Year of manufacture: 2017 onwards having a seating capacity of 7/8 persons on contract basis for the period from July 01, 2020 to March 31, 2021. The willing registered travel agencies/services may sent their sealed tender/quotation addressed to the Joint Deputy Director/A, Pragjyoti Bhawan, Opposite Assam Tennis Association, Hengrabari, Guwahati on or before 26-06-2020. The tenders/quotations will be accepted upto 1200 hrs on 26.06.2020.

The tenders will be opened at 1600 hrs on 26.06.2020. All tenders are requested to present themselves at the time of opening of tender. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel all tenders/quotations without assigning any reason thereof.

Terms & Conditions

• The registered travelling agency/services in the tender should mention the rate inclusive of all taxes for hiring on monthly basis.
• The vehicle will be used by the officer/staffs for 24 hrs for 2500 kms x 12 months i.e. 30,000 kms per annum approximately.
• The registered travelling agency/services quoting the lowest price will be awarded the contract.
• The registered travelling agency/services to whom the contract is awarded, shall provide a driver and his salary will be borne by the travelling agency/services.
• The POL items (petrol/diesel & lubricants) shall be borne by the travelling agency/services party to whom the contract is awarded.
• Any kinds of repair/maintenance of the vehicle will also be borne by the travelling agency/ services to whom the contract is awarded.
• In case of breakdown of vehicle, the travelling agency/services to whom the contract is awarded shall provide another vehicle within 1 (one) hour of the breakdown of the vehicle.
• The vehicle should have valid insurance coverage.
• The travelling agency/services should submit a copy of Challan of having paid the Taxes/GST to the office quarterly.
• The travelling agency/private party to whom the contract is awarded should submit Bank Account No. /ECS mandate form, PAN Card No. and GST/TIN No. alongwith the bill for payment every month.
• The undersigned also reserves the right to discontinue/cancel the contract at any time i.e. before 31.03.2021 without assigning any reasons thereof.
