Panchayat & Rural Development, Assam Invites Tender for Daily Works

NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed Tenders in two bid system, i.e (i) Technical Bid and (ii) Financial Bid affixing with non refundable court fee stamps of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and twenty five paise) are invited only for the daily work of cleaning of office, office toilets, office campus, Gardens including all Electrical items and furniture's of the office of the Commissioner, Panchayat & Rural Development, Juripar, Panjabari, Guwahati-37.

The intending firms may conduct survey and assessment of the entire work as mentioned above during office hours before submitting their Tender.

The tender document may be collected from the office of the undersigned during the office hours on any working day up to 11 AM of 4th August/2020 on payment of Rs. 100/- in cash.

The tender in sealed cover will be received in the office of the undersigned up to 2.00 P.M., 4th August, 2020. The technical bid in envelop will be opened on the same day at 3.00 P.M. in presence of the bidders or their representative. The financial bid of only those tender will be opened who qualify in technical bid.
