INVITING EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

for hiring Chartered Accountancy firm For Compilation/Audit of Accounts of Assam State CAMPA

Expression of Interest (EOI) invited from interested CA firm empanelled/ approved by the CAG of India for Compilation/Audit of Account of State CAMPA which includes audit of monthly accounts of various field offices (PIUs), approx 55 divisions, spread over all districts of Assam, along-with related Books of Accounts Registers, Vouchers, Documents etc. maintained at the field offices and compilation of Financial Statements including Balance Sheet, Audit Report and Statement of Annual Accounts as per prescribed format etc.

This audit assignment period covers the years 2019-20 & 2020-21. Interested eligible CA firms may submit their offers in sealed cover on or before 21st Sept, 2020 upto 2.00 PM (IST) which will be opened at 3.00 PM (IST) of the same day.

The willing CA firms may, contact the CAMPA Cell, O/o the PCCF & HoFF, Assam, Aranya Bhawan, Panjabari, Guwahati-37 on all working days during the office hours to collect a copy of the TOR along with the details of the offer before submitting their response on this EOI.
