PHE Belsor Division, Belsor invite tender for installation of deep tube well

SHORT N.I.T NO. [6] OF 2020-21

Sealed Tenders affixing non refundable court fee stamp worth Rs 8.25 (Rupees eight & Paise twenty five) only are invited from the registered Class I(C) and class II Contractors / Firms/Agencies of appropriate class under Lower Assam Zone Guwahati and Nalbari (PHE) Circle respectively for installation of Deep Tube Well in the Arsenic affected habitations of proposed Community Water Purification Plant under the programme of NWQSM, for the year 2020-21, as per instruction intimated by the Chief Engineer (PHE), Water, Assam Hengrabari, Ghy-36, as mentioned in the detailed N.1.T No 6 of 2020-21 up to 2 P.M of 08-10-2020.

Tenders received will be opened on the same date and hour's in presence of the tenderer or their authorised agent who like to be present . For any unforeseen reasons, if the tenders could not be received and opened on this day, then the same will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time, venue for which no separate communication will be made.

The Tenderer shall have to deposit an amount of 2% (Two percent) as Earnest Money in the form of deposit at call duly pledged in favour of the Executive Engineer (PHE), Belsor Division, Belsor without which the tender shall be rejected. (01% for SC, ST & OBC).

Detailed NIT stating Group list, rates quoting format and other particulars may be obtained from this office all working days till 3.00 P.M. on 07-10-2020 on payment of Rs. 500 (Rupees Five hundred) only in cash. Tender paper will be issued only on written request for the same quoting the Registration No. of the Contractor.

The original copy of the following documents shall have to be produced by the intending Tenderer along with the application for issue of the tender paper. Tender papers shall only be issued after satisfactory verification of the original documents by the office of the undersigned.

• Original copy of the PAN Card.

• Original copy of the up to date Labour license

• Original copy of the Contractor's /Firms Registration Renewal.

• Orginal copy of GST Registration Certificate & Tax clearance certificate.

• Original copy of the Caste Certificate.

CANVASSING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WILL DISQUALIFY THE TENDERER.

The undersigned does not bind himself to accept the lowest rates and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

Submission of tender against this N.I.T does not qualify a tenderer for allotment of work during the year 2020-21 or the tenderer shall not have the right to claim for any work against this N.I.T.

UNSEALED TENDER WILL SUMMARILY BE REJECTED.
