Short Notice for Invitation of Bids
IFB No. I or 2020-21

On behalf of Governor of Assam, the Executive Engineer (PHE), Hojai Division, Hojai invites sealed bids affixing Rs. 8.25 court fee from registered Class -II contractors or above for "EMPANELMENT OF CONTRACTORS THROUGH RATE CONTRACT FOR PROVIDING FUNCTIONAL HOUSE CONNECTIONS TO INDIVIDUAL HOUSEHOLDS FROM EXISTING PIPED WATER SUPPLY SCHEMES INCLUDING COST OF MATERIALS AND LABOUR UNDER HOJAI DIVISION OF ASSAM UNDER JAL JEEVAN MISSION."

The detailed bid document will be available in the O/o Executive Engineer (PHE) Hojai Division, Hojai from 6th July 2020 upto 14:00 hrs. of 13th July 2020 on payment of Rs. 100 (Rupees hundred) only in the form of IPO duly pledged to the Executive Engineer (PHE), Hojai Division, Hojai. Bids are to be submitted in the O/o Executive Engineer (PHE), Hojai Division, Hojai on or before 15:00 hrs. of 13th July 2020 and will be opened in the same date at 15:10 hrs. in presence of Contractor or their authorised agent who like to be present. All participating bidders need to submit their bids in the designated place of the Division office.

The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject the request for issue/ accept of IFB paper without assigning any reason thereof and is not bound to accept the lowest quoted Rate.
