PHE, Lower Assam Zone, Guwahati Invites Tender for Different Works Under NWQSM

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Separate sealed tenders for each group affixing non refundable Court fee Stamp worth Rs 8.25 (Rupees eight & paisa twenty five) only eventually to be drawn up in A.P.W.D. F-2 form are invited from the registered Class-I (C) and Class-II Contractors/ Firms / Enterprises of appropriate class under Lower Assam Zone, for execution of different works under NWQSM sanctioned during the year 2019-20 under Barpeta (PHE) Division within the jurisdiction of Lower Assam Zone, as mentioned in the detailed N.I.T No.-01 of 2020-2021, up to 2 P.M. of 16-07-2020.

The tenders received will be opened on the same date and hour in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who like to be present. If for any unforeseen reason tenders could not be received and opened on this day, then the same will be received and opened in the next working day at the same time for which no separate communication will be made.

The tenderers shall have to deposit the necessary Earnest Money for each Group along with the tender in the form of NSC /KVP / Bank Draft duly pledged in favour of the Additional Chief Engineer (PHE), Lower Assam Zone, without which the tender shall be rejected.

Detailed NIT stating the group list, rates quoting formats and other particulars may be obtained from this office on any working day till 2 P.M. of 15-07-2020 on payment of Rs 200.00 (Rupees Two Hundred only). The Tenderers should deposit the requisite Earnest Money specified for the works to be allotted, if any, in the form of NSC/KVP/Bank Draft in favour of Addl. Chief Engineer (PHE), Lower Assam Zone, payable at Guwahati, during the time of signing the tender agreement for their allotted works in due course of time. CANVASSING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WILL DISQUALIFY THE TENDERER.

Tender papers will be issued only to those Contractors / Firms who produce authenticated proof of registration in appropriate class in P.H.E.D. and past experience of the same activities in the Department.

The undersigned reserves the nght to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

Submission of tender against this N.I.T. does not qualify a tenderer for allotment of work or the tenderer shall not have the right to claim for any work against this NIT.
