PHE, Nazira Invites Tender Under Jal Jeevan Mission

Detailed Notice For Invitation of Bids
IFB No. 01 OF 2020-21

On behalf of Governor of Assam, the Executive Engineer(PHE), Nazira Division, Nazira invites sealed bids affixing Rs. 8.25 court fee from registered Class -III contractors or above for "EMPANELMENT OF CONTRACTORS THROUGH RATE CONTRACT FOR PROVIDING FUNCTIONAL HOUSEHOLD TAP CONNECTIONS (FHTC) TO INDIVIDUAL HOUSEHOLDS FROM EXISTING PIPED WATER SUPPLY SCHEMES INCLUDING COST OF MATERIALS AND LABOUR UNDER NAZIRA PHE DIVISION UNDER JAL JEEVAN MISSION".

The Bids are to be submitted in the manually O/O Executive Engineer (PHE), Nazira Division, Nazira from 03/ 07/2020 upto 16.00 hrs. of 10/07/2020 and the same will be opened at 16.30 hrs of 10/07/2020.

The set of the hard copy of the self attested documents to be submitted along with the signed copy of the Bid Submission Form in a sealed cover with distinct name and address of the bidder should reach the O/O Executive Engineer (PHE) Nazira Division. Nazira on or before the closing date either by hand or by post.

All applicants are required to pay a security deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) in the form of FDR/ Bank Guarantee/ TDR from any nationalised/ Scheduled bank, in favour of the Executive Engineer (PHE), Nazira Division on or before date and time of closing bid submission by the bidder falling which the bids will be declared disqualified.

The Executive Engineer (PHE), Nazira Division reserves the right to revise or amend the notice and or the Bid Document, fully or partly, Right to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason thereof is reserved with the Executive Engineer (PHE) Nazira Division, Nazira.
