PHE Store & Workshop Division, Guwahati invite tender for supply of Iront+Arsenic & Iron+Flouride removal table top filters

SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tender affixing Court Fee Stamps of Rs. 8.2S (Rupees eight and paisa twenty five) only is invited from the financially sound firms/suppliers/authorised Dealer/Distributor for supply of (i) Iront+Arsenic & Iron+Flouride removal table top filters of 55 litres capacity (ii) Iron+Arsenic & Iron+Flouride removal table top filters of 30 litres capacity to be supplied at different divisional stores of PHE Department located at different locations of Assam which will be received by the office of the undersigned on or before 02.11.2020 upto 2:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM in presence of the Bidders or their authorized representatives. The rate should be quoted item wise including GST and all other charges. The tender must be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakhs) only in the form of crossed Demand Draft/ Bankers Cheque/ Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) drawn in favour of Executive Engineer (PHE) Store & Workshop Division, Betkuchi, Guwahati-35 from a Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Commercial Bank and payable at Guwahati.

The details of the items, specifications and eligibility criteria are described in the Tender Document and interested Bidders may apply to collect the Tender Document on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees one thousand) only for each tender by crossed Demand Draft/Banker's cheque issued by a Nationalized Bank/ Scheduled Commercial Bank drawn in favour of the Executive Engineer (PHE) Store & Workshop Division, Betkuchi, Guwahati-35 and payable at Guwahati in the office of the undersigned during working days till 31.10.2020 upto 5:00 PM.

The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

Successful bidders have to carry out the work as per specification within 90 (ninety) days after receipt of the work order.
