PHE, Tezpur Division No- I, Tezpur invites tender for installation of TARA pump

Sealed tenders affixing non-refundable Court fee Stamp worth Rs 8.25 (Rupees Eight and Paise Twenty Five) only eventually to be drawn up in APWD F-2 form are hereby invited from the intending Registered contractor of Class II category of Tezpur (PHE) Circle, Tezpur and Class III category contractors of Tezpur PHE Division No. I, Tezpur for the works of Group-A "Labour Charge for installation of TARA pump including construction of plate form, drain and soak pit under CM's Budget Announcement programme for the year 2019-20" and Group-B "Installation of RCC ring well including construction of plate form, drain and soak pit etc. under CM's Budget Announcement programme for the year of 2019-20" at Sonitpur PHE Division No. 1 and will be received up to 3.00 p.m. on 15.09.2020. The tenders received will be opened on the same date and hours in presence of the intending tenders or their authorized agents, who like to be present at the time of opening of tenders.

The rate should be quoted both figures & words inclusive of all taxes as admissible. Taxes under the provision of GST as applicable will be deducted at source and deposited into the State Exchequer.

The detailed notice inviting tender may be seen at the office of the undersigned and may be obtained on payment of Rs.50.00 (Rupees fifty ) only in the form of IPO duly pledged in favour of the Executive Engineer (PHE), Tezpur Division No- I, Tezpur till 2.00 p.m. of 14.09.2020. If the date of receiving and opening of tender falls on a holiday, the tender will be received and opened in the next working day as indicated above.

The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject of tender paper without assigning any reason thereof and is not bound to accept the lowest quoted rates. The tenders should be financially sound and must submit self attached Photostat copies of PAN card, up to date labour license, up to date Departmental Registration document, GST Registration etc. along with tender paper, otherwise tender will not be entertained.
