The Chief Engineer, PWD (Building), Assam, on behalf of the Governor of Assam, invites bids "afresh" with a Bid Price of Rs.13,58,77,619.00 (Rupees thirteen crore fifty eight lakh seventy seven thousand six hundred nineteen) only for the work "Establishment of Govt. Law Colleges in 10 places of Assam. (at Bilasipara in Dhubri District / at Tihu in Nalbari District / at Rangia in Kamrup (R) District / at Raha in Nagaon District / at Diphu in Karbi Anglong District / at Jorhat in Jorhat District / at Melengiyal in Dibrugarh District / at Tezpur in Sonitpur District / at Silchar in Cachar District / at North Lakhimpur in Lakhimpur District) (Package no. Pkg-9 at Silchar in Cachar District)" published vide this office Press Notice No. CE/REC/ 7/2020/19, Dated Guwahati the 11th May'2020 with a validity of 180 (one hundred eighty) days from the date of opening of the tender from registered PWD Contractor/Firm/ Pvt. Limited Co. Class-I(A). Details may be seen in the portal assamtenders.gov.in.

The Bidders must be registered with the E-tendering system (ETS) of the Govt. of Assam. (Website: http//assamtenders.gov.in)

All terms and conditions will be as per the Bidding Document.

The Press Notice will be a part of the Bidding Document.

• The pin point location of the Proposed Law College will be indicated in the Detailed NIT as per allotment of land by respective civil authorities.

• Final Work Order will be issued after receipt of Administrative Approval / Sanction from the concerned authority.
