SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tender in F-2 form affixing Court Fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and paise twenty five) only with a validity period of 180 (one hundred eighty) days are invited from Registered APWD (Building) Contractors for the work as detailed in the table below:

Detailed particulars may be seen during office hours of any working days in the office of the undersigned. Contractors will have to submit application for Tender paper along with self attested copy of current APWD Registration Certificate, GST, Pan Card, upto date Labour Licence, EPF Registration and cost of tender paper as detailed above in the form of Bank Draft / Banker Cheque drawn in any Nationalized Bank/ Scheduled in favour of Executive Engineer, P.W.D., Guwahati Building Division-Il, Dispur, Guwahati-6. Tender paper will be issued to the contractors or to their authorized agents up to 5.00 P.M in working day as mentioned above from the office of the undersigned. Bid security in the form of FDR/ CDR duly pledged in favour of the Executive Engineer, P.W.D., Guwahati Building Division-Il, Dispur, Guwahati-6 is to be submitted along with the tender paper.

Performance Security/Security Deposit Money as per norms and additional Performance Security as per Chief Engineer PWD (Buiiding)'s letter No- BN/12/82/Pt.-1/84, dt. 15.02.2011 if required, is to be furnished by the successful bidder when notified.

If for any reason, the last date of receiving and opening of tender is declared as holiday, the same will be received and opened on the next working day.

The undersigned will be the sole authority to cancel any tender without showing any reason.

N.B.: 1. Prospective bidders are suggested to visit the proposed work site before submission of bids,

2. This Short NIT will form a part of the tender agreement.

3. The bidder should possess valid license for executing electrical works. In case the bidder is not in possession of such license, the bidder must enter into a collaboration/tie-up arrangement with such license holder having requisite experience. Such tie-up/collaboration must be registered in Court. Necessary document should be furnished along with the tender,
