PWD, Jalukbari & Hajo Territorial Road Division, Guwahati invites tender for removal of road side identified and marked trees

AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tender in plain paper with a validity period of 90 (Ninety) days in prescribed form affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 P (Rupees Eight and paisa Twenty Five) only subsequently to be drawn up in F2 form are hereby invited from the interested bidder for the following works which will be received in the office of the undersigned up to 2 P.M. on 08.09.20 and will be opened on the same date and place at 2.30 pm. in presence of willing bidder or their authorised agents.

1. Name of Work: Removal of Road side identified and marked Trees for the work" Improvement and widening up to 4 lanning of Singimari Sualkuchi Road up to Rajgarh via Medical chowk under Assam Mala 2018-19.
2. Total Royalty Price ( Timber + Firewood): Rs 14,17,788.00
3. Completion Period : 15 (Fifteen ) Days.

Rate to be quoted in rupees and rate should not below the royalty price. Detailed particulars of the work may be seen at the office of the undersigned during office hours on any working days from 02.09.20. to 07.09.20.

In case, the date of receiving of tebnders papers to be Holiday the next working day will be treated as receiving / opening date of tender at the same time and place.
