PWD Jorhat Building Circle, Jorhat invite tender for construction & renovation work at Majuli College

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tender to be drawn in F-2 Form affixing non-refundable court fee stamps of Rs 8.25 (Rupees eight and paisa twenty five) only with validity period of 180 days invited from contractors of class-I (A, B and C)/Class-II & class-III registered under APWD (Building) for the following works and will be received by the undersigned in this office up to 2.00 PM of 14.10.2020 and will be opened on the same date and place at 2.30 PM. Contractors or their authorised agent may be remain present at the time of opening of tender.

If the office remain closed on 14.10.2020 for any reason, the tender will be received and opened on the next working day as per time mentioned above

Specification of work: As per APWD specification.

Rate: Rate should be quoted in both figures and words in flat percentage basis as per above/below the schedule of rates for PWD Building for Civil, Sanitary & W/S works, electrical works for all divisions under APWD for the year 2013-2014.

Note:

1. Tender documents may be purchased from the office of the undersigned for a non-refundable fee as mentioned above in the form of bank draft only in favour of the Assam State Maintenance Road Board Maintenance Fund Guwahati A/C 10566991479 of SBI (non refundable) from 01.10.2020 to 03.10.2020 up to 3.00 PM.

2. Tender must be accompanied by earnest money of 2% of tender value for general category and 1% for ST/SC/OBC/MOBC/UGE in the form of FDR/TDR with a validity of minimum 18 days etc in favour and payable at the Executive Engineer Jorhat Building Division.

3. The Superintending Engineer PWD Building Circle, Jorhat reserves the right of rejectinh the tender documents or outright rejection of the same.

4. The tender must be attached with attested copy of their up to date registration certificate, GST registration, PAN, Labour Licence, Tax clearance else the tender will not be considered.

5. Proper justification for any unbalanced quoted rate should be accompanied with tender.
